Worked for about a good week getting submissions ready for Sarah Odedina and with a push on a computer key I sent it over the internet to an editor. Hopefully when she reads it she will have a good feeling about this writer in North Carolina. All I need is a chance and someone to believe in me.
Lily’s Lagniappe: The College World Series is so different this year. Who would have thought that Big Twelve would have three teams in it and they would still be there. Texas tech, Oklahoma State and Texas Christian University are still there. My theory is that these were the three teams that did the best because they weren’t challenged by the competition each and every weekend. In the SEC and ACC every week there is someone to beat up on you. May sound like sour grapes but that is the way I see it.
Working diligently on getting my first 20 pages of my YA novel ready to send to Sarah Odedina on open submission day. Revise out into computer print out and reread.
Lily’s Lagniappe: This is beginning summer very soon. First the first time since 1948 there will be a full moon on the summer solstice. Enjoy everyone!
