Working on the nonfiction picture book that works with the water. I had three versions just yesterday. I sent it to my critique group. They will destroy it and then I will refocus it and try again.
Lily’s Lagniappe: Looking forward to the weekend. LSU plays at 3:30 on CBS this weekend. It will have a chill in the air. At first it was rainy prediction but now it looks like it may be less of a chance of rain.
The Zoom meeting last night was good. We are agreeing to meet once a month. Our next meeting is November 18th. Working on BASKETBALL BALLERINA with the Hummingbirds, but also working on a nonfiction picture book. Would like to work on a chapter book and picture book for November NaNoWriMo month. Mostly stress writing a novel during this month and maybe I can try that if I can decide what I need to work on.
Lily’s Lagniappe: The next ballgame for the LSU Tigers is in Starkville, Miss. Mississippi State always has a trick play or two for the Tigers.
Working on the manuscripts and new manuscript for nonfiction, then in the month of November try to get a new manuscript started and try to get it done in a month.
Lily’s Lagniappe: Well LSU increased to 6 -0. They beat the Florida Gators by 42 – 28. Joe Burrow continues to impress folks at his command of the offense.
Working on the nonfiction idea that actually fell into my lap. I think the focus needs to be the water then work on the focus of the remedy.
Lily’s Lagniappe: The focus for October needs to be the nonfiction manuscript and then a new idea for November. Writing each and every day for NANOWRIMO.
GAME DAY!!! NO time for writing before the game but later on a good bit of time.
Lily’s Lagniappe: LSU beat Utah State 42 – 6. They are now 5 – 0. Slow start to game and that has to end. SEC schedule can’t have slow starts. GEAUX TIGERS!!!
The beginning of the next chapters for BASKETBALL BALLERINA and SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD. I need to delve into the emotional side of Cammie. Work hard to go deeper.
Lily’s Lagniappe: LSU plays at 12:00 on Saturday. Early kickoff can through off the offense and defense.
