Revise the middle grade novel BASKETBALL BALLERINA, revise the young adult novel SHE SHOULD HAVE TOLD, and begin ideas for PB books. Hoping to hear from Ripple Grove Press and the agent I sent FLIES IN THE OUTFIELD to.

Lily’s Lagniappe: The carnival season is in full swing in Louisiana. The courts, the Krewes, the Balls, the festivities, the king cakes, and the atmosphere of the people at this time is infectious. If you need a lifting of spirit, a soulful rejuvenation visit the state during this time. You can’t help but love this time in my state.

Lily’s Lagniappe: Louisiana is in the middle of carnival. Balls and galas are everywhere and folks are dressed in their finest ball gowns, tuxs and tails. It is a festive atmosphere in the state.
