The first Sunday in 2016 is a quiet day. I hope this quiet continues. There needs to be hustle and bustle during the many weeks of the year but on the weekends there needs to be entertainment and physical activity. The most important aspect of the weekend needs to be quiet. Your body needs this, your mind needs this and your spirit survives because of it.

Working on the revision of GAMERS OF THE ROUND TABLE. Trying to make sure it is close to being ready for the agent to see it. Wondering if I can get it ready in the next three weeks? So I can send to agent during January. Then begin the revision of THE FREAK’S RAPE. That’s going to be my plan for this month as well as being a part of 12 X 12. A busy year already. Starting off the year with a bang.

Lily’s Lagniappe: The new year has begun. The sun is shining and that is an oddity where I live. We had twelve days in a row where it rained. On January 6th the carnival season begins in Louisiana. The night of the 6th it is the King’s party where all the royalty is announced and the debutantes find out who is being presented at the Ball. Mardi Gras season has begun!
